Do you feel like you are craving more connection, openness & love in your life? Feeling like there is so much more you would like to experience and express but feel stuck at the same time?
Unpleasant life experiences can affect how we think, feel and act. Suppose a particular event leaves our body and mind in a state of stress or emotional disappointment - in that case, we can slowly start closing down, feeling alone or disconnected from people and the world around us.
Usually, we start shutting our heart-space down, closing our emotional capacity to feel in order to protect ourselves from experiencing the same pain again. Thus, becoming scared to connect to vulnerability, scared to be seen, heard, or acknowledged in our full authenticity.
& this is a survival response that you needed at the time, but now you may be experiencing loneliness, dissatisfaction and disconnection & don’t know how to move forward. & what’s usually hard for most of us is to acknowledge that the pain exists and allow ourselves to tap into it, release it and allow the healing to occur.
If you feel ready to approach those emotional or traumatic wounds and release that energy from your body and nervous system, this workshop is for you. By releasing the anger, sadness, resentment, loneliness, or feelings of abandonment, you are creating a new space for safety, expansion, courage, love, and connection.
We will teach you how to create a sense of safety while slowly opening yourself up to feel and experience more. You will be guided back into your heartspace - our divine portal of connection. Showing yourself that there is a way to connect & be vulnerable in your own authentic way.
You may need to connect with your authenticity and vulnerability on a deeper level if you notice any of the following signs:
-You have a hard time expressing your emotions
-You feel a sense of loneliness
-You have a tendency to control your expression out of fear to be rejected
-You feel disconnected from your heart, joy and happiness
-You find yourself avoiding new experiences and adventures out of fear of the unknown
-You feel paralyzed or stuck in certain area of your life
-You find yourself being angry, mean, or critical of yourself and others for no reason
-You are withholding love and affection from people that are close to you
-You have a fear of intimacy
-You have sudden outbursts of emotions
-You feel disconnected and detached from your authenticity
You can take a moment and ask yourself:
What if I gave myself the permission to let go of the old story and invite something new? What if I let myself feel like me again, without the limitations that kept me stuck?
Feeling inspired, open-hearted and loving is possible, if only we give ourselves permission to do so.
We will approach these emotional wounds through meditation, somatic & group connection exercises, followed by a full 1-hour long breathwork journey & tap into heart-expansion, connection & openness.
Somatic breathwork helps us to enter altered states of healing through deep, connected, conscious breathing. When we interrupt the patterns of our autonomic nervous system, we can release stored tension and release what no longer serves us.
Our trauma-informed facilitators will be there to hold a safe space and fully support you throughout this experience. Part of the beauty of this modality is accessing healing in the presence of an empathetic witness.

Yes. Just as with any physical activity, you may want to avoid breath work if you suffer from certain medical conditions. Breathwork can result in intense physical and emotional release. Therefore, it is not advised for persons with a history of: Cardiovascular disease including angina or heart attack/irregularities , High or low blood pressure , Ocular issues especially a detached retina or glaucoma , Osteoporosis , Significant recent physical injuries or surgery, Severe Mental Illness , Bipolar/Schizophrenia/Severe PTSD, If you have been hospitalized in the past 10 years for emotional or spiritual crisis, Major Medications , Heavy mind-altering medications (antipsychotic/depression/anxiety meds), Blood thinning/Anti-clotting medication, History of epilepsy or seizures, Asthma, Aneurysm/past or present, Strokes.
