How it all started

Sometimes as growing up, we immediately know what we were born to do. We have a clear vision and focus on making it happen with little wandering around. That was not the case with Vanja. Throughout her college years, she could not connect to anything that genuinely sparked her heart, and she studied just to get some kind education. She tried to figure out her way, but it was challenging. 

She grew up in a country where poverty is common issue, and opportunities don't come around so easily, but she always had a deep sense of knowing she was meant to do something meaningful.

It was not until she stepped into her therapist's office that she thought or heard of the meanings of emotional wounds, limiting beliefs, trauma, cultural conditioning, emotional intelligence, etc. This is where she dived deep into healing work and found where her heart led her - to a deep transformational journey of shedding the conditioning of culture & her upbringing and discovering a new sense of Self. 


This was the turning point during which she went through her spiritual awakening and started working through the sense of dissatisfaction and loss she always felt within. She started unraveling the emotional wounds and trauma that kept her stuck & slowly created a relationship with herself.

Working with her mentors, exploring healing retreats & shamanic journeying, Vanja slowly started feeling that her life had a meaning and a purpose.

HOW IT’S GOING

Her passion for personal growth and developement grew day by day & she would always found herself diving into new materials, exploring different modalities of breathwork, somatics and altreted states of healing.
She finally felt like she reached that beautiful point in her life when she knows exacly what she wants to do. There was no more questioning or doubts. She was born to serve her community.

Vanja started learning from the leaders in the field on self-healing, somatics and breathwork. She uses “bottom-up” approach with her clients believing that our minds are bodies are interconencted and both should be taken into account on the journey of healing.

It’s her intuition, her own capacity for embodiment and trust in the process that guides her when working with clients.

I want to be a source of inspiration & hope that it is all possible. Even if we feel lost, discouraged & without hope, there is a way.
Deep healing unravels itself step by step, showing us that there is a lesson and a unique path and for all of us in this sacred journey called life.

Breathwork Sessions help you release stored stress, trauma, emotional wounds, and beliefs.

I focus on creating a safe container & allowing the client to find the safety within themselves so they can dive deep and listen to their innate intelligence guiding them towards their authentic self-expression.

EMBODIMENT

Diving deep and processing your trauma or wounds should not always be the main focus.

Integration and embodiment after the session are essential. I am here to give you the tools and support while you change and implement new beliefs and mindset out of the session.


SOMATIC RELEASE

Suppose we are in constant states of elevated stress, feeling unease and restlessness, or on the contrary, feeling fatigued and finding it very hard to function during the day. In that case, we probably go into a fight or flight response too often without the tools to regulate, and our nervous system is not balanced properly.

With my support, you can learn the proper tools for regulation and allow your nervous system to unwind and go into balance.

GROUNDING & RELAXATION
SESSIONS

Healing journey is not about the constant need for improvement. Our bodies need relaxation and restoration.

With an intuitive approach, we can support your body and mind to slow down together. I am here to assist you in exploring your body's natural intelligence into calmness, groundedness, and serenity.
